Plasma and Fusion Technology

This was a seminar course, with different researchers, professors, and businessmen coming to talk about their work in the Fusion field. The final oral exam has nothing to do with the actual lectures and is graded by Jean-Marie Noterdaeme.

There is also a project component to class. Groups must research topics in Plasma Technology and hand in both a paper and give a presentation to the rest of the class. You are strongly encouraged to talk to Rino Morent at least once about your project during the semester as it is essential to follow his guidelines very precisely. The final paper and presentation is graded by Rino Morent. During the second or third week you will be asked to hand in a topic of choice on cold plasma for the paper. The idea is to pick a broad subject and cover several things within this subject. Don't get lost on a single application or you will lose a lot of points.
