The organisation of the FUSION-EP program demands a lot of efforts from the main coordinator in Ghent.
This not always visible to students elsewhere, but in order to fit programs in a coherent overall program published at the Ugent website it's not a piece of cake. We are working with 5 partners in 4 countries contributing to the program and in each country different deadlines, evaluations and academic years are in force. The organisation of Summer Events, Winter events and the RTM in Prague demands a lot of work.
The selection process of the students also ask a lot of exchange with partners, checking of the validity of documents etc.
Even the follow-up of the printed diplomas is not as automatic as with national diplomas.
