The fourth semester is focused on the application of the learning outcomes in a professional situation. This placement period is used to prepare the Master thesis at a partner or in industry.
Thesis
The thesis is the most important and final part concluding your programme. The thesis work can be started already from the 3rd semester and continues during the 4th semester and the 2nd Summer Event where you will defend your work.
The final electronic version should be sent to the promotors, the supervisor and sciences-master-fusion@univ-amu.fr 14 days before the start of the next Summer Event.
A well established template can be found here (if 1 promotor).
Tex template can be found here.
If you have one promotor please do the following:
Only the file erasmus.sty contains significant changes. You can now say
\usepackage[oneprom]{erasmus}
and it will print only the first promoter in the center of the page.
Thesis modalities can be found here.
Thesis defense
The defense of the student’s master thesis is held in public during the Summer event, attended by all students.
